Roman Madayag, Bay Area Fury’s Skilled Player Development Coach brings with him a strong foundation in basketball, playing from age seven through college at Pacific Union College. With over five years of coaching experience, he has worked with athletes at all levels, from recreational to competitive boys’ and girls’ teams. Currently, Roman serves as the Head Coach for the girls’ basketball program at John Swett High School. He also leads Tiny Tot Clinics for children ages 4–6, introducing them to the sport, and offers personalized training for players of all ages, emphasizing fundamental skills and advanced development. Roman’s track record in nurturing talent has established him as a trusted and respected leader in youth basketball.
